Sasha saw this and grinned, taking the challenge that had just presented itself. Another small nodge with her heels was all it took for Breeze to speed up just enough to get ahead of Love, till he was ahead by a bit more than a nose.

Lilly laughed and grinnied at Sasha.
Oh, It's on!
Still laughing, Lilly nudged Love and sent her flying a bit faster to get infront of Sasha bit a head and a bit.

Sasha and Breeze fell back, seeming to get farther and farther back. She held in the reins, although the dapple beneath her wanted to burst forward. A moment more he was held back before Sasha gave him his head. Breeze surged forward, quickly gaining on Love and Lilly, each stride eating up the ground between them, until there was no ground left. The stallion's dark eye locked onto Love's before he charged forward again, putting a horse length between him and Lovely Girl.

Lilly smirked cheekily when Breeze fell back, but was shocked when he surged ahead. Soon Love and Lilly were falling behind futher and further, untill zBreeze was out of sight behind trees. Based on instint, Lilly swung her head back to look behind them. Nothing unexpected, but as she turned back her smiled changed very quickley to a shocked expression as she realised that there was a thick branch at torso level just ahead. Lilly tried to quickley turn Love but the mare wasn't listening, and was intent on catching up. Lilly dsat up straight and leaned back, only to lose a styrrup. In a last attempt, Lilly leaned forward to duck under the brackh to late, and was blown out of the saddle. She hit the ground with a thump. She was ages behing Sasha and hadn't yelled out and the air was silent. Love, spocked, gallop away, but not towards Sash, to the left, and finally stopped far away, lost from her unknown rider and uknown home.

A few minutes later, Sasha pulled Breeze up and turned him about, waiting for Lilly, who had fallen back when Breeze had flew ahead of them. Three more minutes passed and there was no sign of them. They should have been here by now. Sasha nudged the stallion into a trot and retraced her steps, finding Lilly on the ground and the chestnut mare nowhere to be seen. She hopped down and ground tied Breeze before moving over to Lilly and extending a hand.You alright? she asked, her eyes scanning the trees for Love.

Lilly held her head and sat againsty a tree. She opened her eyes hearing Sasha's voice.Um... I'll be fine. Where's Love? She sat up straighter bringing herself back to reality and her first priority was to find her mare. Not thinking, she didn't see Sashas extented arm and pushed herself up, only to wince when she put weight on her arm. But she ignored it abnd hiding her struggle, stood.

Sasha was still looking around for the Saddlebred as she stood, and missed her wince.I don't see her anywhere. She must have spooked and ran off. Breeze whinnied, looking for the mare who'd become his new friend. Where had she gone? He pricked his ears, hoping to get a response.

At first it was silent, then finally, a faint whinny couls be heard. Lilly smiled, and looked at Sasha.
I hope thats her!
She started to walk towards the sound.

Sasha looked up at the sound of the whinny. Breeze pawed at the ground, wanting to go look for the mare. Sasha quickly mounted him and looked down to Lilly.You stay here. I'll go find her and bring her back, okay? Although she might not want to stay, Sasha didn't want Lilly to hurt herself or bother any slight injury she may have gotten.If you need me, I have my cell on me.

Lilly wanted to find her mare, but instead reluctantly nodded and sat down. She felt useless, but knew that Sasha had a better chance of finding the mare. Meanwhile, she pulled her tangled hair into a pany tail and looked about her, whistling.

Breeze trotted in the direction he'd heard the mare, and sent out another call. Sasha's eyes wove between the trees, behind brush, eveywhere you could think to look. The mare didn't even know the way home...if they found her, they'd have to make sure not to take her on the trail until she knew Crystal better.

Love stood breathing heavily amonghst the trees. She was lost, and worried. Scared, a slight movement in the trees set her to rear, screaming. Landing heavilly, she set of at a high headed canter, but soon slowed to a trot, running in random directions.
Lilly sat uncomfortably, fiddleing with a leaf.It's my fault. I shouldn't have come out on a trail so soon. I know better then this! She thought, sighing. She Flung her head bavck in exasperation, and it hit the tree. Annoyed, Lilly rubbed her head sheepishly.Well, that was stupid. Ah well, nothing can be done now. She sighed again and amused herself by watching the birds, at least the bang on her head lifted the pain on her arm a bit.

Hearing her alarmed scream, Breeze began to canter in that direction. Sasha kept her eyes on the trail ahead as he changed gaits before looking once more in every nook and cranny. Her mind wandered for a moment back to Lilly, wondering if she was okay.

Love herd hoof beats, and her auds flicked to the direction of Breeze. She was unsure so trotted ina perpendicular direction.
Lilly lay down, whistling her current fave tune, or what she remembered of it.

Breeze, hearing hoofbeats, ed his ears and turned in the direction they came from. Sasha smiled, hearing the thudding beats as well.Hey Love, hey . she spoke softly, wondering if the mare would respond to a human voice.
