Lilly saw Breeze in the corner of her eye and laughed. Then she turned her attntion forward again as she ducked uunder a down branch.
Love pretended not to notice but an eye and the inside ear were locked on him.

Sasha slowed the stallion as they reached the round pen, letting him trot then walk around the stable yard as a cool off. The whole time Breeze pranced about, looking for the mare. Sasha put him into a figure eight and a few other patterns to get him to focus on her, not Love.

Love called to breeze, prancing to get a sight of him. But Lilly ignored her and walked her away from the round pen, using plently of transitions to get her to concentrate. It wasn't working.

Breeze stopped suddenly as he heard Love and whinnied back. He pulled on the reins, trying to go find her, but Sasha reined him in. She shook her head with a small grin.Lovesick, she said with a sigh before dismounting and leading the stallion onto cross ties.

Lilly laughed at Love and made her stand sqaurly before she dismounted. She lead her out and tied her up, taking of her saddleand bridle. She used a sponge and sweat scraper and towelo to remove the sweat in the girth and saddle area.

The dapple wasn't that sweaty, so Sasha just grabbed a sponge and drizzled a bit of water onto his back and just behind his forelegs. She quickly groomed him and made sure that the water had gone before taking him off ties and leading him towards the stall.

Following Sasha, Lilliy lead love out of the ties. She puased.
Which stall can I use?
She looked about at the stable block.

Sasha looked down the aisle on the mare's side.I believe there are still a few empty stalls in the mare aisle. You can keep her there.

Lilly nodded and popped her in a stall. Lilly quickly rugged her, filled the water and got a haynet and filled it. She then cheacked all the other horses waters, refilling some, and that they were all rugged and fed. She would give Love Hard feeds starting tomorrow.

Alright, nice work. Now if you'll excuse me, I'm going to go read up on vaulting horses. We may be able to use a few of the Gypsy Vanners for that. Sasha motioned to Black Ice.Butterfly Effect might be better though, but right now she's got the baby. Speaking of foals, though, we'll be starting weaning in a month, just so you have a heads up.

Lilly nodded. She hadn't done much vaulting, but was simply interested in the skill. She smiled at the mention odf foals. She loved her work at breeding season, it was so much fun.
Awesome, I love helping with that!
Her mind drifted to her last stables, and the foals weaning. After a month or three of weaning, the younglings we're relesed into a huge paddock untill they grew up.

Lilly smiled, nodded and voiced her replies. Before heading to the house she went and cheacked all the horses were happy, safe and cared for.
