She heard his words and went down to him, still not sure. She was so confused with it all, and it showed in her eyes. She looked up at him.Are you sure? She would give more if he really wanted it.

She didn't know who Sam was exactly, but she must his fiance. She smiled.I'm happy for you then... She said with an easy smile, and then brought the check out of her back pocket. She wasn't one to carry a purse, so she just kept things in her pockets. She found a pen and used her knee to write out the amount.Who do I make it out to?

SHe nodded and filled it out, looking up with a small smile. He was a nice guy, and whoever Sam was, she was lucky to have him. She wondered what he would say.Thanks...for letting me have them..She offered gently.

Hearing his words, she looked over and offered him a smile. Then she pointed to a little across the way to a four horse slant.It's right there...the Sundowner. She explained and then went to help him with the horses.
