A newly built and furnished bungalow for the staff at Pine Brook Stables. There are plenty of bedrooms and four bathrooms. There is a large lounge area with couches and a TV. A decently sized kitchen fitted with all the appliances and a table with chairs. Outside is a pool, and a couple of sun beds and seating areas as well as the garden, and if you need to talk to Kai, his house is accessible along a path from the bungalows back door. If you work or board your horse at Pine Brook, you may stay here.

These are the 4 Pine Brook barns, all containing 40 stalls, each are 12' x 12'. Just inside the entrance of each barn is the tack rooms, where you can store your horses saddle and bridle as well as anything else like grooming kits. Outside each of the Barns a hose pipe and tying rings can be found if you whish to wash your horse or hose it down after work.

A new barn just added to house the stallions. Each of the stalls is 12' x 12' and has a bedding type of your choice. Just outside the stallion barn is a large field you can turn your stallion out in.

There are 4 breeding stalls each are 16 x 16, with 24 x 32 connecting pens. The foaling stalls are a spacious 20 x 23 and there is thick clean straw for bedding. Out the back of the barn is a large flat pasture for mares in foal or already with youngsters to be turned out in.

This is where riders can do jumps with their horses or do some flat work in the open air.

Here you can ride your horse over jumps of do flat work in a large indoor arena, making it easy to ride even in the rain.

Three large fields with different obstacles placed over them, they range in size and from beginner to advanced levels. If you whish to ride out here, it is advisable you are with someone else incase something happens. The course is more often than not very muddy, so be careful you and your horse don’t slip.
