A very nice 4 story house, that is gentle gray with a master bedroom on the main level, a guest bedroom on the second, a guest bedroom on the 3rd, and another guest bedrooms on teh top level. There is a large bathroom on each level. On the main level is the kitchen and dining room, on the 2nd and 3rd are living rooms, den like rooms, and a hallway. The 3rd and 4th are like the 2nd. Outside is a spacious deck, 5 large kennels for mothers and pups, 5 medium normal dogs, and 5 small kennels for the studs, and a rock pathway from the deck to the kennels to wherever else.

Miranda lives here with her kids. She is a foster mom so lotsa kids come in sad and go out happy. There is 2 floors, with 3 bedrroms on each. There is a basment which has a game room and hte living room. There is a bathroom on each floor with a kitchen/dining room, small study, and a small living room on the first floor.

This is the Flawless Stables kennels. Dogs stay here when they are not running around, training, or having fun. There is a small shed behind it where the mothers stay when they are about to give birth. There are 10 kennels that dogs can stay in and 7 that dogs can't.

This board is the pastures for Flawless Stable. There are 15 in all, 5 small, 5 medium, and 5 big.

These are the barns, one next to one of the pastures. There are 4 in all, each having 25 stalls. In all, there are 100 stalls, not counting brood stalls.

This is the indoor areana. Here is where Flawless Stable trains their horses and also works with them before shows. If your horse is boarded here or being trained here, you can MAYBE ride in here.
