The House Ground floor: fully fitted kitchen with table, bathroom, dining room, study room, sitting room. Stairs from sitting room to first floor: corridor accessing 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom, bathroom with shower over the bath, second twin bedroom is linked to master double bedroom and has a second staircase. |

Guest House On the first floor there are five nicely sized bedrooms, a kitchen, living room, study and two bathrooms. On the top floor is ten more bedrooms and three bathrooms and a games room, inc. snooker table, computer, TV, etc. |

Stables We have stabling for 60 horses and all are bedded on either shavings or straw, there is clean running water in re-fillable troughs inside them all. |

Walker - 1 Viewing The walker can take up to four horses at a time and is primarily used for cooling and drying the horses before they return to their stable. |

Outdoor Arena The outdoor arena is 35m x 50m. The surface is a mixture of stones and rubber and there is a full set of show jumps available. |

Indoor Arena The flood lit indoor school is perfect for viewing horses in the dark winter nights. The surface is a mixture of sand and woodchip. |

Endurance Course A cross country course stretching over three acres of land, including 39 different jumps in total. Only come out here if your given permission. |

Pastures There are four pastures in all, they have secure fencing and a water trough in each, as well as two field shelters in every field. |
