Dano laid sprawled out on his counch, his magazine covering his face as he snored. This room was simple: White walls, small coffe table, tv in the corner, very big book shelf in the other corner, a prety plant, and various pictures on the wall, like in hsi grandma's diner. One was of Dolly Parton, his favorite singer. Also in the room, a gauitar case sat near the door, free of dust and slightly open.
Zuzu walked in, her big eyes blinking. As soon as she saw Dano sleeping, she whined and lept up onto his part. Her little body fit perfectly next to Dano's side and she began to sleep, her eyes closed softly. The pair slept for a few hours, dozing as the wind fluttered through the open window. |

Zuzu woke instantly and ran to teh door, which was in teh hallway near the living room, and began to bark shrilly, her tiny body quivering. Dano, groning, got up, rubbing his eyes."The door's open," he called, sitting upright on the sofa. Zuzu galloped back to him and sat next to him, curled up.

Dano looked at her with bleary eyes."Hello. Can I help you?" Zuzu stood up and began to bark nervously, Pressing herself clsoe to Dano.

"Oh.." he glared at teh floor, which led to her kitchen. What was she cooking up now that didn't have to be in a pot."What did she send ya up here for?" he asked carefully.

Dano blushed softly and Zuzu walked over to teh girl, sniffing her leg."I hope thats all sheg said," Dano said softly under his breath.

Dano leaned back on hsi sofa."Thats Zuzu. She comes from Italy." Zuzu lifted her pointed face up to look at the girl and barked shirlly.
