Lilith gave a little sort of squeak when
he picked her up, and fearing she might fall when he almost slipped, instinctively
wrapped her arms round his neck (lol, sheza scaredy cat =P).''Yes, I'm fine.. I'm not to
heavy am I?'' she asked, still clinging to his neck, though not as tight as she had been
before. She wondered if Ace would oblige to being led up the field, shed have to come
and get his tack some how later, or ask Kai to go get it for
her.

He smiled and shook his head No, not at all. He laughed slightly and
carried on treading on through the mud. Lilly was clinging to him rather tightly.
He certainly wasn't planning on dropping her in the mud. When he reached
the horses, he placed her down on the gound, in a less muddy part of the
course and made to take Ace's tack off. He Left Lilly to her own devces and
removed the colt's tack. Jack stood without a care in the world. He smiled as
he saw the gelding sigh bordly. Obviously not caring at all about Lilith's foot,
simply watching her hop about. He plut Ace's saddle over the wooden pole
of the jump, rather thandump it on the floor. He made his way over to Lilly
and thought about ways of helping her get on jack.

She stood awkwardly for a second, balancing herself on the ground beside Jack, she
slowly rested a hand on the geldings shoulder to support herself, trusting he wouldn’t run
off.''Gimme’ a leg up will you? I think I can manage if i bare with a bit of the pain
getting on'' she said and laughed lightly.

He nodded and bent down slighty before holding out his hands for her
to step up on with her leg that was useable. He waited gfor her to step
up onto the 'platform' as it were. He glanced up at Jack to make sure he
wasn't going anywhere, then over to Ace. He was the horse he was more
worried about running off. He sighed andlooked up at Lily to make
sure she wasn't going to fall on top of him.

Lilith climbed up onto the saddle with Joes help, and winced as her left ankle connected
with the stirrup iron. Then she pushed herself backwards so she was seated just behind
the saddle.''Thanks'' she said, and smiled gratefully down at Jowell, then looked
back to the colt, he was grazing as though nothing at all had happened. Lilith was just
grateful he hadn’t hurt himself. She pursed her lips and raised her hand to her mouth, and
whistled. Aces head jerked up and he trotted over, and as he came closer Lilith grabbed
the remains of his reins.
