Jenny walked up the porch steps, stumbling softly on one step from exaustion. Her vision fuzzed, and she blinked to clear it. She fumbled with her keys before finding the correct key and inserting it into the lock.
Come on in...
She whispered to Charlie, opening the door all the way. She walked inside, placing down her guitar and backpack.

Charlie followed after her and absent mindedly placed his rucksack down where she had
put her own and her guitar.''Nice place you've got here'' the boy said nodding
approvingly before casting his grey eyes back to Jenny.

Jessi has this floor, Jayden has the third floor, and you and I have the two bedrooms on the second floor,
Jenny said.
She let out a gasp as a kitten attacked her back.

A lithe black tomcat strutted in,. lept in the couch, and grabbed the kit by the scruff.
Missy and Sasha followed in.
Aurora and Letta came galloping in, and lept on Jenny and Charlie.

She said to Charlie,
I need to let Temptation and Chance inside.

Charlie nodded as she spoke, and then jumped as she gasped and looked round in time to
see a black tom car appear and take the troublesome kitten away. And he was almost
knocked backwards when Aurora and Letta came bounding in his direction. He regained
his composure, and spoke ''Okay, sure'' Charlie said, looking around at the room he
was in absentmindedly.

The Chihauha Aurora growled softly at the boy, but Letta balanced her paws on his knee, panting as she looked up at him.
Salem batted Fawn's head repeatedly, as if punishing her.
Jenny walked back in, being followed by a male Rottwieler and a female Australian Shepard.
This big boy is Chance, and the Lil' girl is Temptation.

He edged a little away from the Chihuahua as it growled at him. But he ran his hand over
Letta's head a couple times, at least she was friendly he mused. He saw Jenny coming
back, and nodded as she spoke. His grey eyes resting on the two dogs.''You sure have
a lot of animals here'' he said. Well if he had is own house it wouldn’t be much
different, probably full of cats. He probably wouldn’t be far off from those little old
ladies who lived by themselves with forty nine cat for company.

Heh, whenever I go to a shelter I feel so bad for them sitting in the cages that I just HAVE to take them home,
Jenny said, smiling.
Do you want me to keep the animals away from your room tonight?

''No its alright, I don’t mind cats come in with me or anything. But if the dogs wake
me up at the crack of dawn, I'll be the one growling'' he said with a grin. Talking of
animal shelters, he decided he might go round to one some time. He was getting tired of
not having a cat or dog to look after. He hoped sometime to get a horse, but he would
have to get a job somewhere first.

Then Chancey definatly should stay out of your room.
Jenny said giggling.
He's my alarm clock.

Temptation shoved her hand under Charlie's head, and sat next to him obediantly.

''Ah, my next door neighbors where I used to live had a dog like that. I swear you
could hear it three blocks away. Massive Irish Wolf hound he was'' he said recalling
the big gentle giant, the only problem with him had been his wake up calls at 3:00am. He
felt the dog nudge his hand beside him, and ruffled the fur on her head with his hand.
''Your a friendly one as well aren’t you'' he said softly, stroking her neck.

She's very calm for her age,
Jenny said.
Luckily, Chance isn't that bad. He just licks your face at six.
Chance galloped upstairs, followed by his 'children', the cats.
They love him!
Jenny said simply.

He laughed quietly as he saw the cats trailing upstairs eagerly after the Rottwieler. He
stroked the Temptation's head a couple more times. And then looked over at the
Chihuahua.''That one doesn’t seem to like me--'' he said, nodding towards the
small dog that had growled at him earlier.

She doesn't like many people. She thinks you are going to ea-
She cut off at a yawn.
Ready for bed?
She asked, glancing at the clock. 11:59.

''Yeah'' he nodded, also yawning and rubbing his eyes. Now that he thought about
it he was pretty tired. He took a last look at the room he was currently standing in and
then he looked at the dogs, before his grey gaze went back at Jenny.

Jenny said, quietly thundering up the stairs.
This is your room,
She said pointing to a room full of drawings and charchols and paintings.
The bathroom is right next door.
