1. Playing this game is a privilege, not a right. If you do anything to forfeit this privilege, then you will be kicked off.
2. It is every person's right to express themselves in any way they wish unless it is:
a) Racial
or
b)Highly disturbing
You may post lyrics in your threads that have swear words and not be criticized or ignored because of it. Anyone who does this will be warned, then banned. If you don't like it, then shut up because I DO NOT CARE.
3. It is your right to post where you want with who you want. But if it causes a commotion or gets out of hand, I will warn you, then ban. If it disturbs the peace in anyway I will punish you.
4. Using other people's pictures is a privilege. If they do not want to give you the url or have you use their picture in anyway offensive or rude, I will contact the ProBoards chief and they can deal with you. That or I will ban you for life. Be warned, I can tell if you come on as a different account.
5. It is your right to have fun and talk to whomever you wish. You may not give out any personal information. If you want to, then email each other. You may come on here without being:
a) sexually harassed
b) threatened in anyway
c) verbally abused in anyway
d) made scared of entering this site
or
e) being forced to quit because somebody spreads lies about you.
If I catch anyone, ANYONE, spreading a rumor/lie about ANYONE, I will fucking ban your ass in an instant and temporarily ban those who listened to you and made the person you insulted unhappy.
If you break any of these rights, even if it is accidental, I will either ban your account (permanent or temporary), wipe your account and make you start over, or turn you into the authorities. I will warn you for minor offenses but I will not hesitate to kick you off for anything major.
