My black hair framed my ivory skin. No matter how hard I try, I couldn't get a tan.
I sigh, looking down at what I was wearing.
A tight black bikini top on the upper half, and on the bottom, a black and blue pair of Joe's swimming trunks.
I sigh yet again, twiddling with my lip ring as I brought out a notebook and pen. As I tap the end of the pen against paper, an idea hit's me and I scribble it down in my neat handwriting.
But tonight

I glance at the page, and muse,Maybe Joe and Jenny can use that somehow...
Flight made her sound, more like 'RooRooRoo' than a bark.
The Alaskan Huskey rolled in the grass, her fur turning green.
BATH!
I call, and she stops, eyes wide.
Hehe, that will get her.

Chase wandered down the path in the park, yawning. He wore a black t-shirt with 'Green
Day' printed across it. A pair of loose torn jeans held with a white and black checkered
belt. On his feet the usual scuffed vans that had lasted the young man so long. At his side
trotted a male dog, Talon. It was his brothers, but Kameron was still asleep after spending
so long out last night. The dog pulled at the leash he was supposed to keep him on, but
Chase unclipped the German Shepard mix and allowed him to bound forward playfully,
sniffing the scents on the ground and barking at the birds in the trees. The dog spotted a
girl, with a Siberian husky at her side. His eyes brightened and he bounded over, his
tongue lolling out of his mouth as he approached them, though he kept a polite distance
away. Talon had been well trained by Kameron, to respect humans that he believed
would respect him. He stood, his floppy ears pricked and his tail wagging as he gazed at
the pale girl, Chase now walking on the path a little way away, not seeming to have
noticed the dogs disappearance. |

Flight leaped on Talon, not in an agressive way, but a playful way.
She let out a small growl, raising her hind end in the air as she flattened her front to the ground.
Come 'ere puppy,
Amelia cooed, placing down her note book and extending a hand.

Talon bounced away after the female pounced and gave a light playful cuff to her
shoulder. His tail still wagging, he approached the girl, sniffing her hand before licking it
as a greeting and looking at her his playful amber eyes. Then there was a whistle from
behind him and his head turned, spotting Chase. He whined, not wanting to leave his
playmate and the girl. The young man walked over, and called the dogs name, now he
had seen him. He spotted the girl and spoke up.''Oh sorry, he didn’t cause you any
trouble did he?'' Chase asked anxiously, looking at her with deep blue eyes.

No, he's fine,
Amelia said, ruffling the dog's fur.
Flight growled again, and Amelia shot her a death glare.

She growled.

''Oh good, he can be suck a troublemaker'' Chase said lightly, looking relieved and
he watched the girl ruffle the tan dongs fur. His dark blue eyes looked down at the girls
do from where he stood, not sure if Flight was growling at him. He shifted his weight
from one foot to the other. Talon gave a happy whine as she ruffled his fur, and then he
bounded back to Chase, who knelt down to stroke him. Chase looked up, this would be a
good chance to get to meet someone new.''I'm Chase, I just moved here'' he
introduced himself, now adopting a crossed leg seated position, Talon trying in vane to
curl up in his lap.

I'm Amelia. I'm staying here with my cousin and my twin brother.
I say, watching as Flight nudged the male, then leap away like a bunny.
She growls lightly again, and I make a clicking sound in my mouth which makes her freeze.
Easy.
I say.

from his lap, and Talon whimpered before sitting next to Chase, his amber eyes watching
the other dog intently, thought not in a threatening way.''You have a brother? I've got
myself stuck with a brother and sister''.

on his feet,''So, your Flight..'' Chase said, Amelia had said the dogs name earlier,
he decided to call her by that name. He hadn’t seen a dog like Flight before, so he
decided to put the question to Amelia.''She’s nice looking, what breed is she?'' he
asked, nodding towards Flight.

Chase suppressed a laugh as she spoke, and then nodded at her words, looking at Flight.
Talon got up, and slowly walked a little closer to Amelia and sat again, looking up at her with
his tawny amber eyes. He gave a soft wine and rolled over onto his back, his tail wagging friendlily
at the girl.
