Sam nodded and went into teh barn quick. When seh came back, she led a black and white mare tacked up and ready."This is Jake," she siad with a smile. THe mare shook her head and snorted."She came from far away, in a ranch with green grasss and apples trees as far as the horsey eyes can see." SHe smiled slightly to show she was kidding.

Jake laughed as he mounted Stinger. The western saddle seemed out-of-fit on the arabain because of it's body.This way. Jake said taking off at a soft trot into the woods.

Sam mounted also and nudged Jake into a trot. Jake trotted up to them and slowed when Sam gently pulled back on the reins."Where are we headed?"

You'll see! He said with a grin. He kicked Stinger into a gallop and they were off, soon enough they met up with the woods. It made a dirt path, he waited for Sam and her horse. Jake:

Sam and Jake were right behidn them, jake pacing herself. As soon as Jake and Stinger halted, Sma had her mare go wide and then halt next to them, looking at him.

Just waitn'. He said as he leaned over and covered her eyes with a bandana.I'll lead your mare, don't worry. He said taking the mare's reins. Stinger looked at him and rolled his eyes.Human Love. He thought.So silly.Jake led Sam into the woods, soon they were by a creek and a picnic lunch sat under a willow tree.

Jake sighed and followed, resisitng the urge to run off. But her rider would get disappointe din her and she hated that. Sam smiled slightly, listenign to teh birds and the babble of the creek.

Jake leaned back over and un-tied the bandana, he dis-mounted and helped Sam down, he untacked Stinger and let him roam.

Sam also took Jake's tack off and let her graze, flicing her tail to scare away bugs. Sam's eyes ran over teh whole set up adn she looked at Jake wtih wide eyes."Wow.." she said weakly.

Jake smiled, he was going to ask her out, when they sat down. He straightened the blanket, showing her to sit.

Sam sat and looked around, watching Jake graze by some trees. Her eyes cmae back to the guy Jake and she watched him for abit, her head tilted to aside. Her hat kept most of her hair in order but some of it followed her head's movement.
