I looked up, barely catching what he said. But I did pick up the last pasrt clearly.
I rode Shady earlier. But I'm not really used to western.
I vocalized, lyricals smooth. I glanced at the cap, placing it back on the bottle of water after I had taken a sip. I still had a lot to learn about western riding. I was used to using both my hands and legs to guide the horse. But in western you used only the reins. It was something I would have to get used to.

He listened quietly to her words, and then offered her a small smile.Don't worry..neither am I. Maybe we could learn together. He didn't want to lose this newfound friendship with Rae, and he was beginning to like her. Trust her even. It was a huge step for him, but he didn't realize it himself. He waited patiently for her reply.

I read his lips, quite shocked as he mentioned learning together. I couldn't hold back the smile that curved my rosy lips, all I could do is nod slightly and respond a single word.
Yea.
I was glad to fianlly have a friend. I could tell he didn't care of my so called disability. I considered a disability something that prevents someone from completing everyday activities. But that definately was not me. The way he looked at me, as if I was just a regular person... I respected that. He was the first person I have ever spoken to about that day. I was glad he knew now, he deserved to know. I wanted to jump up and down, throw my arms around his neck. He treated me as if I was a normal girl yet he spoke slow and clearly and he made sure I was looking at him before he spoke. Other than Sam, he was the first person to even try and make an attempt talking to me.
