A young relater walked into the stbale, smiling. She was aiting for some people to come look at the stable. It was a beautiful place, woods mixed with fields, pastures, and a few nice nice buildings. There was also a HUGE race track that went around the barns and some pastures. With a happy smile, she sat in her car, doing some paper work while she waited.

Melanie was interested. It was as simple as that. SHe wanted to continue her parent's work and train racehorses to win, and on the side train eventers. Those would be the two main disciplines if she could purchase this stable. SHe drove up in her black SUV, a golden retriever's head hanging out the back window. She smiled back at Charley and then saw the other car parked in the driveway. Must be the realter. She pulled up into a parking space a few feet away and then turned the Expedition off, unbuckling and opening her door. She wore nice clothes for today, although it wasn't how she usually dressed. She had picked nice black slacks and a red long sleeve top with a little white showing underneath. Her hair was up and out of the way, and a pair of sunglasses perched ontop of her head. SHe looked over at the realtor's car and waited for her to step out. |

The relater saw the woman and stood up, cracking her neck."Hello. YOu must be the one that called," she said withi a smile. She offered a hand."Jane DeGroot at your service."

Seeing the woman step out, she smiled and walked over, taking her offered hand. She shook gently but firmly and then released, her hand going habitly to her back pocket.Yes...I'm Melanie Davidson. She said lightly, excited about seeing the stable. She looked back for a moment, seeing Charley wagging his tail furiously. SHe looked back to Jane.Do you mind if he comes out? He'll stay by me... She explained softly, not wanting to leave the golden alone in the car. He was always with her, so it was hard to part from him even for a few moments. THat's why she could never go on a vacation...so she would always be at the stable. |

Jane smiled and nodded."Sure! THe more the merrier," she replied with a smile. In her hand was a breifcase with papers and other things. Looking back at Melanie, she smiled again."Shall we look at the sables first?" she asked politely.

Melanie smiled and then walked back to the SUV, opening the door for Charley. He jumped down and bounded over to Jane, but he didn't jump. He wagged his tail, but that was all. Melanie called him over and he stayed by her side. Hearing Jane's question, she nodded.That'd be great... |

Jane smiled and went to one of the stables, farther from the house."Here is the first barn. What a beauty," she said. Words couldn't discrip it. It was just.. wonderful.  |

Charley went nuts when he saw the pond. He bounded away from them and jumped right in, swimming happily. Melanie looked at Jane apologetically and then gazed over the stable. It was wonderfull...gorgeous..more then she had ever hoped for. She was basically speechless, and when she managed to get a few words out, they were hushed.It's amazing... SHe looked over at Jane with a smile and immediately started walking to go inside of it. ((I have the stalls that I was hoping for...if that's okay..here's the picture...))  |

Jane smiled as she went inside and followed her, looking around."The racers taht used to live here were treated with the most respect," she said softly, leaning on a stall. HTe wood was so smooth, a splinter couldn't be recived.

She instantly fell in love with the inside of the stables, wanting to see more. But it was perfect..she couldn't have asked for anything better. She looked towards Jane with a small smile.I know it's still soon...but I think I'm going to buy it...It's perfect.. She told her softly, then looked into one of the stalls. It was big and spacious, and she wanted something that large. She was going to have Warmbloods and other sport horse breeds as a side, but she would focus on thoroughbreds. She looked back towards Jane with excitement. |

She nodded softly with a smile. It all was perfect and beautiful. She turned to Jane with a bright smile.I love it...It's absolutely perfect. She told her, signaling that she wanted to talk about price and everything else. |

Melanie turned on her heel and followed after her quickly. She wanted this stable, and she wanted to fill out the paperwork as quickly as possible. She nodded in reply to Jane's question.Yeah.. She would wait to see what the price was, and she knew it would be expensive. |

Jane took out papers to sign and looked at the price."It is... 750,500," she said, offering her the sheet to see for herself.
