Hayli and Karli rode into the ranch.They wanted to find Mealine.Hayli's horse Avalanche was a racer and not a bad one at all.He whinnied and shook his head.

Melanie was out in the barn, mucking out the stalls that the horses were in. The barn was still pretty empty, and the other barn was completely empty. But she had just started out. She was getting there slowly, even if it was taking a long time. She had just gotten a new boarder, and she was going to get a job with Thoroughbred Stables. She suddenly heard hoofbeats outside, and she looked up from what she was doing. Putting the muck rake down, she stepped out and looked out the barn door. Seeing the two girls from Anna's stable, she smiled and waved.Hi...can I help you with anything? |

"Well we were wondering if you like needed any extra help here since you would be working for our mom and you wouldn't be here as much maybe we could do some stuff here for you."Hayli said looking to Karli.avalanche pawed the ground and tried to back up but bumbed into Feathered Spirit who was tied on behind him.Feather snorted and pawed the ground.

She listened and hesitated a bit. She didn't really have the funds to pay them that much, but she could pay them $20 an hour. She smiled slightly.Umm...that would be great. Maybe you could help clean out the stalls and such. She wasn't comfortable with letting them handle the colts and stallions yet, and even the thoroughbred mares were a bit feisty. But they could definitely take care of the yearlins. There was five in all, and they were causing her the most trouble. She waited for their replies, looking over to the first paddock, where the yearlings were watching the other horses with interest. |

She smiled.Well..I have to head over to your Mom's now anyway. So I guess I'll see you soon. She told them gently. Going into the barn, she tacked up Jayce, her bay Warmblood gelding and led him out. Putting her helmet on, she made sure everything was all set and then mounted him, riding him out. |
