Colton unlocked his door and walked in, greeted by Layla and Angel. Angel yipped shrilly, trying to peek around him to find Ashley.

Ashley walked in and smiled seeing angel she bent down and picked her up and said "Hows mommys little girl" She said walking over to the couch and sitting down.

ANgel yipped happily, licking her cheek. Layla ran into the kitchen and hopped up and down, her tail fanning the air. With a smile, Colton put food in both dogs' food dish.GUess they got hungery, he said, looking around. A chew toy was laf gone, along with a rawhide bone.

Ashley brought angel over to her food and gently placed her down smiling and said "there you go girl eat away" She smiled and looked at colton.

Angel pounced on her food, taking fast bites. Colton grinned, leaning on the kitchen counter, watching Ashley with soft eyes.

Angel alid on the floor, sprawle dout. Colton laid in his bed, smiling up at the ceiling, His heart felt like it was gonna burst. He looked at hsi wall of pictures. There were pics of him, Josh, and Dano, cows, dogs, Layla, kittens, his birds, new baby birds, and, on the bottom, a pic of a girl. Colton glared at the pic and took it off hsi wall, tearing it up and throwing it away. It was his long ago ex who cheated on him with a drunk druggie. It was her loss, Ashley's gain, he thought. With a smile and a thought about Ashley, he went to sleep, Layla laying on his chest.
