Reason: Millie was found in the clutches of a dog collector. SHe was chained up outside and was being starved so our rescuers took her since teh collector wouldn't give up anyothers.
Facts:Millie is a sweet girl but she needs to gain some weight. Our vet checked her and she is ok, just a few scrapes from the place she was being kept. She loves people and is getting better with her other animal social skills. She escpeially loves horses when they aren't trying to chase her.
