Jeremy saw the blonde girl approaching through the crowd, he himself studied the people
dancing and shouting to each other over the loud music. The coloured lights flashed, and
since the club was quite dark you got the impression that everything vanished and came
back every time they did so. Jeremy made his way over to Kayleigh and joined the
dancers around him, he smiled at the girl,'oh well, at least I probably don’t look stupid
with this many people here' he thought and continued to try and blend with the throng
of partiers.

She smiled back at him and continued to dance.There she thought,he's doing really well considering He had actually started to blend in, and looked just like anybody else.
There, You see? I knew you could do it
She looked around her and saw everyone still making the same odd jerking movements. The lighting in the club was strange, and changed at odd times, as if someone couldn't make up their mind about what colour the room should be. She saw someone go up to the DJ and request a song.

His eyes settled upon the person traveling up to DJ to request a specific song, and once he
had all the details the DJ called into his mike and announced the song he was going to
play. The crowd stopped dancing momentarily and then cheered as the new song started
playing and very soon they resumed their dancing. Jeremy wasn’t one to stop, he joined
in with them again, and then noticed Kayleigh and grinned, he was actually enjoying
himself now.

She grinned back at him and niticed that he was much more relaxed now that he had been dancing for a while, she stopped worrying about it and followe dhis lead, in relaxing slightly. The next song was pretty much the same as the first her eyes followed the requester back to his position. She looked at Jeremy again, and looked back at her shoes, she realized that she was the only one not dancing, so quickly resumed dancing. |

Jeremy danced for a little while longer, but he wasn’t exactly made for continuous
activity and he was exhausted. He walked over to the blonde girl and said ''I'm gonna
get another drink--'' he said and passed her by and left the crowd of people behind,
and went back to the bar. He ordered another of the same drink as before and in a little
while the bar tender came back with it, and handed him the bottle.

Kayleigh moved out of the crowd and sighed tiredly as the people thinned out. She walked up to the bar and saw Jeremy there,
Oh, hi. She smiled at him Your really good
She spoke kindly and confidently to him. She ordered a drink, and found herslef a place to sit down. She called him over with a gesture of her hand, and waited to see if he would join her. |

Jeremy made his way over to her, and brought his drink over with him.''Thanks, your
not to bad yourself'' he said. The young man slumped in a chair by a table and took a
drink from the bottle, his silver eye that was visible scanning the bobbing heads of the
dancers.

She looked at him suscpiciously and her brow formed into a confused frown, then relaxed.
Thanks! By the way, are you looking for someone?
She asked him tentativeley. Tilting her head in question, she waited for an answer, taking a sip from th bottle in her hands.

She watched him tearing the label from the glass, and glanced at her own unconsiously. The silence between them now was uncomfortable. She thought;This place is too crowded She thought that she would finish her drink and leave. Kayleigh got the impression he was still quite selfconsious. She poured down the last of her drink, and said to him;
I think I'm going to leave. This place is too crowded, I think Im gonna go to the park or something. She hesitated slightly before asking You wanna' come?
She replaced the glass on the surface, and pushed the chair away from the table. She turned to look at him, to determine whether or not he was coming. |

He nodded and finished the last of his drink, and abandoned it on the table they had been
sitting at before getting up and pushing his chair absent mindedly under the table. He
gave the dancers a last once over before following her.
