Ton looked at the cheerleaders and made a face when they looked back up front. Ton signed to Nicki and Nicki looked at Aidan.Ton signed that they have the hots for you, she said in a hushed tone. They susally all talked in sign langue but they didn't know if Aidan knew it so Nicki translated. THe gothic girl signed to Nicki and Nicki nodded.Infront of Ton, thats Luna. She is half death, she said quietly, introducing her two closests friends. Luna was going out with a senior and Ton was flirting was with no one, liking to be friends. Mr Key continued to teach, most of the stuff all the kids knew. RIght now it was a review.

Aidan looked over at her, not understanding sign language at all. He knew Rae, and was good friends with her, but he preferred to speak to her, for she could lip read. It was better for the both of them...he just had to make sure she was looking at him before he spoke. He sighed softly, and then his breath caught as Nicki spoke.Wait..what? Why...wait a minute...I...I just got here... He managed to get out in a hushed whisper. It was amazing that the teacher didn't introduce him to the class, but he was fine with that. He waved gently over to luna and then looked back at Nicki and over at Ton as well, then back to Nicki. |

Nicki shrugged.Their sluts. Your cute. The will follow you around like they do the football players. But don't get one with a class ring, she warned. The were taken by football players and would beat you up if you looked at the sideways. Nicki looked up at the cheerleaders, who were sneaking peaks back at Aidan. Nicki elt herself clentching her teeth. She started to like Aidan. He was nice, kinda niave, and wasn't cocky or stupid like some guys. But, he would probably want a cheerleader. Ton looked at Nicki, noticing her glare at teh cheerleaders, and grinned opely. Aww Nicki had her first crush!

When she said the comment about him being cute, he blushed slightly. He wasn't expecting that. He took a deep breath and then looked over at her as he caught another one staring at him.I feel like I'm on display... He said to her honestly, and then looked over at Ton, who was grinning widely at Nicki. What was that for? Something he probably missed...just the side language. He shook his head slightly and stared straight ahead, not making eye contact with the girls. That wouldn't be good...He didn't know what would happen. Nicki was nice, and she was the first person to take him for who he was, without asking questions. He liked that, and he knew he liked her. As a friend for now. |

Nicki flipped a cheerleader off, making the devil sign at her and the cheerleader blanched, turning around quickly to talk to her friend. They were known by Nicki's crew as the Bottle Blonde and Slut Brunette. Brunette kept on glancing back at Aidan. Luna relaxed, chewing on soem gum. She was bored and knew all this stuff. Almost like she was a genius or something.

((I was figuring the cheerleaders could swell over to Aidan once the beel rang...and Nicki and him would be in separate english classes so they were split up...lol...it would make it more interesting...)) Aidan only shook his head as Nicki and TOn showed their signs over to the cheerleaders. Sighing softly, he let his head rest on his arms. As the homework was assigned, he wrote it down, then looked up at the clock as the bell rang. He put his stuff away and looekd over at Nicki.I have English...Room 202.. He said and then glanced over at her. Looking over his shoulder, he saw the cheerleaders edging closer. |

Nicki merely looked at Luna, who had a phototgraphic memory, and asked her to remind her of the homework. Luna nodded adn left, leaving Nicki and Ton alone with Aidan.Me and Ton got English is 201, upper floor, Nicki said with a sigh. The Blonde walked over and giggled.I got english is 202, how lucky, she gushed. She was free, no ring.We will walk you to class, the Brunette said adn they swept Aidan away, leaving Nicki adn Ton alone, Nicki looking furious and sad, Ton looking sympathetic. Luna followed Aidan and the cheerleaders silently, going to German class which was on the top floor with the english calsses.

Aidan sighed softly and then looked over as Nicki said they had class in a different room. And then he heard one of the cheerleaders. He looked over at Nicki in alarm, but then felt himself being swept away.I'll see you... He wasn't even bale to finish his sentence. Sighing softly, he fell into place between them...How special. He glanced back and forth and wondered what they were going to do or say. |

Blonde kept on giggline adn Brunette looked him over carefully.SO you are new? You shouldn't be hanging out with the freaks. They are gothics or gays or wierdos, Brunette said with a flip of he rhair. She didn't wear a ring either and both were wearing their cheerleading outfits, flirty skirts with crop tops. The colors were black and red for the wild Mustang.

He found his courage, so that he could defend his friends..maybe anyway.They aren't bad..they're actually nice. Unlike some people in this school. It was an indirect accusation, and they probab.y wouldn't think it meant them...just other people. He took a deep breath and realized what he had just said. The Blonde giggles softly and looked at Aidan sweetly.They are nice once in awhile, but they are druggies and freaks. Don't hang wit them, she siad sweetly. She looked back at Luna, who was staring at her. Quietly, she said,I can do voodoo on you whore. Now, leave him alone, she said in a smooth, dark voice. The Brunette glared at Luna and pulle dAIdan into their English room.Ignore her, she is stupid, she drawled.

Aidan's eyes flashed at her words, ut it was obvious she wasn't going to listen to him. Sighing softly, he looked back as he heard a voice. Seeing Luna, he offered her a gentle smile, realizing that she was tryingt o help him. But he was suddenly dragged into the English room. Hearing the girl's words, he furrowed his brow. Why was everyone so mean here? Well..not everyone...Just the people who had everything. He hated it...and he knew that he wasn't going to enjoy school. He sat down in the middle row, hoping that other people would fill in other then the two cheerleaders. |

Kid sfilled in teh seats adn the two girls saw their friends, running over squeling. Most wore rings but a few didn't. They began to gossip when the teacher interuppted, glaring at the girls. She was an older teacher and was pretty strict. Her name was Mrs. Becker, a old widow. Would class og fast or slow? Kids took ouot a novel called To Kill a Mocking Bird and one handed Aidan one, smiling slightly. He was one of NIcki's friends.Hey, I am here to keep an eye on ya, he said quietly from next to Aidan, across teh row alsie.

Seeing the girls run to their friends, he sighed a breath of relief. When he heard more words, he almost groaned, but then realized it was a nice guy...one of Nicki's friends..thank God. He smiled back slightly, taking the book greatfully. Would this teacher introduce him? Or even ask him questions...He didn't know what to expect. Hearing the guy's words, he nodded, then faced forward, running his hands through his hair as a sign of frustration.Just get me away from them.. He said quietly so that they wouldn't hear him. |

The guy smiled.Your fresh meat and they must think your cute or they wouldn't watch you or hang with you. They did that with me when I was new but they found out I was a punk so they dropped me, he said with a shrug. THe teacher glared at them.Eye LIner boy, New Kid, stop talking, she growled.Now everyone, begin reading Chapter 14 to CHapter 18. THat should keep you busy. WIt that, she went to her desk and began to do paperwork,
((I don't know how many chapters are in it. I haven't read it since last year XD))
