Jenny smiled,revieling new braces.
"Anyway,my cousin and I have more room at our house......and we have two horses..........four cats...and two dogs......."
She smiled again.

Jadyn looked up at Jenny as she spoke about the guy. Her mind wandered for a moment. He wasn't so much as a jerk as unfriendly. But she liked this woman, and she found herself wanting to open up to her. She smiled softly at Jenny's words and then tilted her head as she spoke about the horses and the animals and everything. It sounded like a fun place. She looked up with a hopeful gaze, wondering if maybe she could actually have a home. But she knew she would need to speak. Sighing, she looked down, and then back up, feeling brave for once.My...my n-name's...Jadyn. SHe finished after a while, speaking for the first time in almost a year. She waited for the woman's reply.

I'm Jenny. Jadyn is a pretty name, and I was wondering if...would you like a home? She asked. She pulled at the rubberbands on her braces,making them pop.I hate there things, Jenny said,smiling.

She blushed at the comliment of her name and then listened softly to the woman's other words. She smiled happily and nodded her head.I..please..I would. She answered, still trying to put her words together. She looked at Jenny and then smiled brighter at the braces comment. Jadyn's eyes traveled down to her own leg, which was covered with a different brace to help her ankle. She looked back up, remembering the accident for a moment. It didn't matter. She couldn't change the past, no matter how much she wished she could. She waited now, wondering what the woman would say.

Standing up,Jenny said,Are you sure?Because if your sure,then all we have to do is sign the paperwork... Jenny looked at her quizzicly. Maybe you and I could go to my boyfriends place and go horseback riding, She said,then added,Only if you want to....

Jadyn heard her words and she nodded her head. SHe liked how Jenny was giving her a chance to make her own decisions and making sure that she really wanted to do something. She smiled at the horseback riding offer. She used to take lessons before her parents were killed. She grinned and nodded.I'd..really like that. I..I want to..live with you. She said timidly, and then waited for her reply with a hopeful gaze.

Jenny smiled,her green eyes sparkiling.Let's go sign those papers, She said putting her hand out.We got a sure deal here? SHe asked.She wanted to make sure,because when she was adopted,she didn't have a choice in the matter. She shuddered,thinking of her parents being burned in the fire while she was at pre-school........

She looked at Jenny with a grin, and then put her hand within her newfound friend and guardian. She stood up and then released Jenny's hand, nodding her head. IT was a sure deal for sure. She walked forward with Jenny, a slight limp to her step. SHe hoped the puppy would come as well, but she didn't know where he had gone to. Sighing, she reached the desk with Jenny and she smiled as the papers were handed to the woman. She didn't have any things, so she waited patiently, her sky blue eyes traveling to the door.

Your turn, She said,handing Jadyn the paperwork. She looked at the nun,and nodded. It was for sure.

Hunter whimpered and followed Jadyn. He knew she was leaving, he licked her hand and sat down, looking at the nun. HIs large amber eyes caring, this was his favorite girl, except for Marlie, but she was gone, would she be disapointed if he went to live with this girl? Maybe the older human would take in Marlie too!! Oh joy, then his mother and his other favorite human would be with him! He wagged his tail at the thought.

Jenny bent down,petting the pup.Aw......you want a home too,don't you... She crooned. She looked at the nun,who shugged as if It's up to you....

A sloppy tounge licked the person's hand and a small bark escaped his small puppy mouth.Arf Arf Arf! He yipped.
