Jay pulled in and turned off his truck, cutting off the rumbling. He hopped out and went over to Jessi's door, opening it for her.

Jenny was setting the table.Tonight,there was another chair,right next to Jessi's."Chicken stir fry,mashed potatoes,corn,and later,Jenny's Jungle Jambaloo!"
Before Jay could ask what Jenny's Jungle Jambaloo was,Jessi said,"It's her amazing chocolate cake filled with all different types of fruit."

Jenny quickly filled there plates.Jenny ate ravenously,getting ready to leave for an auction,but Jessi ate slowly and neatly.

Jay just ate like a guy, enjoying the food but gulping it down. It was a habit. Food was never safe at Green Creek, even if it was on your plate there was a threat of Josh or Alex stealing it.
