She smiled and gently helped scratch her. She gently stroked her neck to back with her free hand staring down at her.

Spangle tilted her head and cooed, wiggling free and flying up onto a perch. There she watched the two humans, several of the birdsleaving Colton to perch around her.

Colton looked at her and hugged her tightly."Anything you want. You saved my heirloom," he said. These birds came from his dad flock, which came from his dad's flock. They were teh only thing left of his dad.

Colton held her tight, watching his birds flutter about. Layla tilted her head to aside and laid down, Angel laying next to her snoring.

Colton blinked a few times."But I don't knwo what to do," he confessed. He normally just wandred around town or sat at home, cleaning, having fun, or studying.

Colton followed her, looking happy. Layla sayed on the roof, gaurding the birds and went to sleep. Angel yawned and rolled over, nuzzling up to the older and bigger dog.
